Celebrate PS 6 at Rose Reverie, our annual Benefit Gala. An unforgettable evening of cocktails, community, and a live auction – all in support of our students and school.

We’re very excited about our upcoming Special Friend Day, a chance to welcome the grown-ups who are special to your children to PS 6. The schedule will include a warm welcome in the auditorium, followed by classroom visits and coffee in the cafeteria. This event is designed especially for grandparents, caregivers, and other special friends (not parents).

The 2025-26 Annual Fund campaign is live! The Annual Fund is our school’s single largest fundraiser. 100% of your donation goes toward bridging the gap between state/local government funding, and what we have come to expect for our children at PS 6. The recommended donation per child is $1,700, but any amount will make a difference.

This evening provides you an opportunity to sit at your child's desk, meet the teachers, learn about the curriculum and classroom routines, get acquainted with other parents as well as get a sense of what it's like to be a student at PS 6. The teachers will share about the exciting year ahead and discuss goals, expectations, and routines.

Working with the school, the PTA has budgeted $225 per student to meet the school's needs for classroom supplies, specialist supplies, specific curriculum-related supplies, and online curriculum support and resources. Please email [email protected] with any questions.
